These notes explain the information currently available. Our team will confirm the arrangements and terms that apply to your order.
Delivery and installation
Free delivery within Nairobi. Outside Nairobi, request a delivery quote. Home assembly included. Picture-frame installation included. Confirm the location, access, wall suitability and service arrangements with our team before ordering.
Preparation and delivery timing
Selected warehouse furniture needs approximately 48 hours for preparation and assembly. This is not a confirmed delivery date. Contact us to agree the delivery arrangements for your piece.
Pre-orders
Indonesian teak woven chairs have approximate guidance of 30–40 days and require a deposit before the order is placed. Confirm the selling unit, deposit amount and delivery timing. Carpets and curtains have approximate guidance of two weeks; designs, measurements and arrangements are discussed individually.
Order changes, returns and refunds
Contact us as soon as you need an order change. Pre-orders require individual review and changes may be difficult once arranged. Ask our team to confirm the applicable cancellation, return and refund terms before purchasing.
Warranty
A one-year warranty is stated for cabinets and furniture requiring assembly. Refer to the individual listing and ask our team to confirm coverage, the start date and claim arrangements. Chair coverage and other product warranties require confirmation.
Payment and final quotations
Catalogue amounts and enquiry subtotals are in KES. USD prices are indicative conversions. Tax treatment, deposits, payment instructions and the final total must be confirmed by the team. An enquiry or provisional proforma does not confirm an order.
Measure before ordering
Measure the intended position and check door swings and circulation. Measure the access route, including doors, stairs and lifts. Share photographs and measurements with the team if you are unsure about room fit or delivery access.

Ask for the cleaning and care instructions appropriate to your piece's materials and finish. If you need support, contact the team with the product name, order details and clear photographs so we can discuss the next step.
